2014 BEST FOOD ON THE PLANET COMPETITION...
Once again, the invitation is awaiting for all of those creative people out there who are in transition to a healthier lifestyle to join the competition this year and sign-up to a friendly and tasty raw-vegan food competition.
The grand prize will be $1000.00 to the person who can make the most nutritious, delicious raw-vegan dish.
The 2nd prize, "runner-up" will receive $250.00
This years competition will be a "tastes like" competition. For example; "tastes like" pizza, chicken, chocolate cake, shrimp...you get the idea!
RULES are as follows:
Everything that you prepare MUST be all raw, vegan, organic and from as many local resources and farmers as possible. Please have the recipe for the entree and from the farmer/ resource that you used.
There must be enough food for 30 people.
There will be a limited number of contestants, 10.

CHICKEN HOUSES TO GREENHOUSES CAMPAIGN
Eastern Shore citizens...Janet Phillips, owner of My Nature has expressed an interest into transitioning some of the empty chicken houses settled on the lovely Delmarva Peninsula just sitting there waiting for a "make-over. Since her passion is regarding not only consuming the most nutritious food on the planet, but also bringing awareness to others the importance of practicing those same methods, her dream is to see some of the empty shell chicken houses located throughout to transition into a year round supply of local, organic produce that could also supplement an excellent source of income with very minimal work if approached and structured properly.

OCTOBER 9TH- Learn how to make nut cheeses and raw hummus, and then how to incorporate them into a variety of additional meals.
OCTOBER 16TH- Pizza!
OCTOBER 23RD- Dehydrating techniques. Learn to make scrumptious kale chips with nut cheeses, fruitleathers
(that can also be made into crepes, )crackers, breads, sprouted rye bagels and so much more!
SATURDAYS STARTING OCTOBER 12TH AT 11AM-
Food preparation classes for young people ages 7 and up. These classes are geared to empower our young children to make wise food choices early on. What an enormous gift towards a beautiful future, and excitment generated while these young hands create delicious, nutricious food.The cost per person is $20.00
